Do I need to download all of the apps right now?

Yes — downloading everything during Day 1 ensures your coaching, tracking, and communication all stay in sync. Each app plays a specific role in your program, and having them set up early prevents delays in your progress.

What is the difference between the BBT Fitness App and EverFit?

The BBT Fitness App is where you’ll manage your session schedule, check-ins, and facility access.
EverFit is your coaching hub — your workouts, habits, nutrition logging, progress photos, and direct communication with your coach all live there.

Why do I need MyFitnessPal if EverFit already has nutrition logs?

EverFit receives your macro and calorie data directly from MyFitnessPal.
MFP makes daily tracking fast and easy, and EverFit uses that data for your coach’s weekly reviews, adjustments, and accountability.

What if I have trouble logging in or syncing my apps?

No worries — tech issues happen. If something won’t sync, screenshot the issue and text BBT Support at your 704-533-8590. We’ll walk you through it step-by-step so your data stays accurate.

How do I calculate my macros?

We recommend using our preferred macro calculator (linked on your onboarding page).

This gives you a baseline your coach can adjust during your check-ins.
If you prefer, you can also use the EverFit macro calculator as a backup — both will give you a solid starting point.

Why won't Myfitnesspal and Everfit integrate?

Make sure you have changed the diary settings on MyFitnessPal to Public, not Private. Once this is changed they should integrate seamlessly.

Where do I find all the nutrition resources inside EverFit?

Open EverFit and go to:

After you have booked your first training session, it is important that you book your upcoming week of training. This will be a key element of the BBT success system that you will learn later on in the BBT course. By pre-booking your weekly training session, allows us to make sure that you are giving a talk to your training before the week ever begins. Now, let's book the week out.
